The library is run as a partnership between Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) and the  Gerrards Cross Community Library Charity.

The library is managed by two BCC professional librarians who are responsible for recruiting and organising volunteers to cover all other roles. For more detail please look at the Community Library web page.

In summary: the Library relies on volunteers and donors from the local community to support the library and help with the running costs.The books, DVDs and computers continue to be supplied by BCC, who also lease the building.
